Private Mediation
There are no requirements to accept private clients as a mediator. Erin’s class will teach you all the basics to begin mediating, including recommendations for advanced topics you should consider in your private practice.
Court Rosters:
Erin’s training exceeds the requirements of the 20 of training in basic mediation skills required by the Virginia Guidelines for the Training and Certification of Court-Referred Mediators but has not yet been certified. Erin is applying for approval.
