Private Mediation
There are no requirements to accept private clients as a mediator. Erin’s class will teach you all the basics to begin mediating, including recommendations for advanced topics you should consider in your private practice.
Court Rosters:
Erin’s training exceeds the requirements of the 40 training in the Utah State Court Roster Mediator and Arbitrator Qualifications but has not been approved. Erin is in the process of applying for approval.

Community Dispute Resolution Centers (CDRC)
Utah Dispute Resolution requires the same training as court rosters. Application in progress.
