Private Mediation
There are no requirements to accept private clients as a mediator. Erin’s class will teach you all the basics to begin mediating, including recommendations for advanced topics you should consider in your private practice.
Court Rosters:
Erin’s training meets the requirements of the 40 training in the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code § 154.052 but has not been approved by local courts. You should contact your local court for more information
Erin’s course meets the standards of the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association and approval is in process.

Erin’s class appears to exceed the requirements, but you should check your local CDRC about whether they accept external trainings.
