Private Mediation

There are no requirements to accept private clients as a mediator. Erin’s class will teach you all the basics to begin mediating, including recommendations for advanced topics you should consider in your private practice.

Court Rosters:

Erin helped write the qualifications for court-connected mediators in UTCR 12.060, 12.070, and 12.080 and her course meets the Basic Mediation Training requirements.

Dispute Resolution Centers (DRC)

Erin’s class exceeds the requirements under the University of Oregon Policy 1.03.02 (Q)(2), but you should check your local DRC about whether they accept external trainings.
