Private Mediation
There are no requirements to accept private clients as a mediator. Erin’s class will teach you all the basics to begin mediating, including recommendations for advanced topics you should consider in your private practice.
Court Rosters
Erin’s course exceeds the requirements for classroom hours required to join the Louisiana Mediator Registry under course required by La. R.S. 9:4106. Qualifications of mediators, but has not yet been approved . The application for approval is in process.
