Private Mediation

• There are no requirements to accept private clients as a mediator. Erin’s class will teach you all the basics to begin mediating, including recommendations for advanced topics you should consider in your private practice.

Court Rosters:

• Erin’s training appears to meet the meets the requirements of the 40 hour “hands-on” mediation training required by the Colorado Office of Dispute Resolution (ODR). Note, the program only hires experienced mediators, generally requiring 20 cases. ODR provides a clear outline the progrm and processes

Community Dispute Resolution Centers (CDRC)

• Erin’s class appears to exceed the requirements, but you should check your local CDRC about whether they accept external trainings.
