Private Mediation
There are no requirements to accept private clients as a mediator. Erin’s class will teach you all the basics to begin mediating, including recommendations for advanced topics you should consider in your private practice.
Court Rosters:
Erin’s training appears to meet the the requirements of the 20 hour mediation training for out-of-state trainings outlined in the Arkansas Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission Minimum Standards for Mediation Training. Erin is in the process of confirming that.
